Their service was exceptional. You could search for years, and you would not find a better realtor than Jennifer Martin. I just can’t say enough good things about Jennifer and her partner, Mark. Jennifer and Mark went so far beyond the call of duty that I was in shock. Here are just a few of the things they did to increase the value of my house by $50,000 more than any other realtor had predicted: 1. When Jennifer and Mark staged my house, they went to the home store and bought accents exclusively for my house. They didn’t reuse anything from someone else’s house. I know, because I saw the price tags and the bags. Additionally, they brought lamps and some furniture. It took them a whole day and a half to finish, and it looked amazing. 2. Jennifer and Mark compiled an incredibly detailed package (and I mean package) of copious research to get us the best possible price for our house. 3. Mark went out into my yard and did yard work! He felt it needed to be cleaned up so our potential buyers would feel more positive about the grounds. Additionally, Jennifer went out and bought flowers and flower pots and planted them. 4. Jennifer organized all my tasks, like calling the utilities and signing my documents. She even made some various calls for me. 5. Jennifer and Mark relentlessly followed up with me— even months AFTER the sale. Unbelievable. 6. And most importantly, we ended up getting two full price offers at a $50,000 more asking price than any other realtor predicted. Unbelievable. Additionally, Jennifer and Mark helped me BUY my new home. They spent countless hours with me driving around the entire metro area so I could see everything. Leaving my house and neighborhood of over 25 years was emotionally difficult, but I was fortunate to have Jennifer Martin and Mark VanLiew to guide me through the process. Jennifer and Mark gave me referrals for the work that needed to be done on my old house, which had been neglected because of health issues. They helped me schedule and coordinate the renovations and were available whenever I had questions or concerns.
